Without fail and regardless of who the office manager has been during this time, the care and consideration she has received is always first class.
At this time I wish to especially site the professionalism and patience of Jeffrey Anderson. Jeffrey recently introduced my mom to an upgraded ear device. While the unit has proven to be better for her, it has required several additional appointments and adjustments to meet her specific needs. Jeffrey has made her complete satisfaction his top priority and she is again able to enjoy the improved performance of her new hearing aids.
The need for hearing aids is never a welcomed occurrence for anyone, but the folks at Fluke Hearing Instruments help make the transition to the use of hearing equipment a bit more acceptable. Prior to coming to Fluke, my mother had visited and been a client at several hearing aid companies. She has not needed to try any others because of her experience at Fluke.

"Dear Mr. Duso:
I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how pleased I am with my recently purchased
hearing aids. I have suffered from hearing loss since I was a child. The doctors blamed it on
my tonsils, and told my parents I would outgrow the problem. I never did. My hearing continued to deteriorate.
Over the past few years, I have avoided hearing aids because of the affordability. I have two children; one in college, and one in braces. Of course, they come first. From the very first moment I entered the Fluke Hearing office in Lansing for the free hearing test, you were more than accommodating. You assured me that you would find a way to make the hearing aids affordable, and you encouraged me to consider my hearing loss a priority, not an afterthought.
It only took an hour for you to change my life forever. By the time I left your office, I was fitted with two hearing aids, and a payment plan I could afford. You took the time to talk with me as I adjusted to the sounds of "normal" hearing, which I had never experienced before. You were friendly and professional, and made my experience a very positive one.
As for the hearing aids, I have had absolutely no problem adjusting to them. They are wonderful!

"Fluke Hearing Instruments & Oticon gave me my life back. I'm a 68 year old retired Catholic priest. I retired primarily because of hearing loss. I found it increasingly difficult and anxiety-producing to be with other people, especially large crowds. Other hearing aids I tried didn't work. In fact, they seemed to make the situation worse.
When I went to Fluke Hearing in Livonia and purchased Oticon hearing aids, I suddenly felt like a new person! I was able to function at a high level again, more confident, talkative and outgoing. In this past year, I've been able to do more, and ENJOY it, than in the previous five. Friends are surprised, saying they thought I had retired. I tell them that I've “unretired” thanks to Fluke Hearing and Oticon.

"The Hearing Aid that I received from Fluke Hearing Instruments has changed my life. I can hear things so much better now; the TV does not have to be as loud as I used to have it, and I do not have to ask people to repeat things they say to me. Whenever I need anything, they accommodate me in every way.

"Hi Chad, I want to express my “thanks” to you for being so patient with me while we tried to find aids to suit me and my hearing.
It was so right of you to get me to try the small behind the ear aids (even though I was against behind the ear aids). They finally solved our problems, and I am very happy with them. You were very good at persuading me to try different options re: aids. It was always my decision, you were never impatient or pushy, and for that I thank you.
Recently I attended two weddings and receptions and was very pleased with the way I could control the volume.
